Richard E. Pelzer II, President & CEO of MEGA Personalities a Business Development Management Firm founded by him in 1994 based in New York City, the Co-Founder of HarlemCLX formerly known as  Harlem2020. A graduate from Kent State University in Ohio, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History and Business management, Pelzer's strong leadership skills and creative vision enable him to develop and manage business opportunities for clients in fashion, beauty and entertainment industries nationally and internationally.


Clients included; The NYSE Diversity Council, Sephora, Essence Magazine, The Apollo Theater, REALEMN Productions, SlayTV, and the March On Washington Film Festival. Pelzer prides himself on his ability to cultivate long-lasting, creative partnerships and projects that stay within budget throughout fluctuations in the economic climate. His latest venture is Executive Producer of the film 90 DAYS, BURDEN, All Boys Aren't Blue & It Can Be Done: Ending Homelessness in America written/directed by Nathan Hale Williams.
